[1] Nach §55 (2) WHG soll Niederschlagswasser ortsnah versickert oder direkt oder über eine Kanalisation ohne Vermischung mit Schmutzwasser in ein Gewässer eingeleitet werden, d.h. die Mischkanalisation sollte daher in der Regel für neue öffentliche Abwasseranalagen nicht mehr hergestellt werden.
